• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science & Engineering, Economics

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Advertising Agency, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Market Research Firms, Research Organization, Web Media/Blog, E-commerce

• Age At most 27 years

• Experience in software product management will be preferred.

• Experience with software product strategy, planning, positioning, analyzing, improving, and maintaining.

• Knowledge of data collection and analysis.

• Experience with various tools like n8n, ClickUp, Trello, JIRA, etc., will add extra value.

• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Appreciation for what makes a product simple, ability to empathize with engineers, and appreciate technical and architectural considerations.

• Must have a strong command of English and Bangla (verbal and written)

• Strong communication, human relations, organizational skills, and presentation skills.

• Must have experience in using various GPT/AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for research and productivity.

• The primary goals will be to design the next generation of web applications, mobile apps, and other mobile interfaces for multiple platforms, such as iOS, Android, and the mobile web.

• Project scope through unit interviews, workshops, site visits, and documentation.

• Data collection and analysis to extract market demand.

• Coordinate development, implementation, and maintenance between teams.

• Write functional and technical specifications for use by IT and business teams.

• Analyze and make recommendations for system modifications or enhancements to meet the needs of end-users and improve the product.

• Suggest new product ideas that should be built based on market needs and potential.

• Help to maintain and improve existing products based on a data-driven and analytical approach.

• Help set success metrics for the product and develop the strategy to achieve them.

• Assist in ensuring international standard products by analyzing similar international products.

• Collaboration and communication with various stakeholders will help the product manager develop the product strategy.

• Support team to ensure that products reach targeted customers effectively and meet their requirements.

• Keep stakeholders up-to-date with product status accordingly.
