Responsibilities & Context:

• The primary goals will be to design the next generation of web applications, mobile apps, and other mobile interfaces for multiple platforms, such as iOS, Android, and the mobile web.

• Define project scope through user interviews, workshops, site visits, and documentation.

• Data collection and analysis to extract market demand.

• Coordinate development, implementation, and maintenance between teams.

• Write functional and technical specifications for use by IT and business teams.

• Analyze and make recommendations for system modifications or enhancements to meet the needs of end-users and improve the product.

• Suggest new product ideas that should be built based on market needs and potential.

• Help to maintain and improve existing products based on a data-driven and analytical approach.

• Help set success metrics for the product and develop the strategy to achieve them.

• Assist in ensuring international-standard products by analyzing similar international products.

• Collaboration and communication with various stakeholders will help the product manager develop the product strategy.

• Support the team to ensure that products reach targeted customers effectively and meet their requirements.
