Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to drive sales growth of GPS/VTS solutions across assigned territories. The role focuses on field sales execution, channel partner management, and consistent target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and promote vehicle (GPS) tracking solutions within the assigned territory

• Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with consistent lead generation and conversion

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

• Follow up with new and existing clients to ensure sales closure and customer satisfaction

• Execute trade marketing activities and field-level promotional campaigns

• Deliver sales presentations, negotiate deals, and coordinate with internal teams for post-sales support

• Collect qualified leads from dealers and partners and ensure timely follow-up
