• Experience on reviewing work orders, bids, estimates, and photos

• Strong English communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability and willingness to work in a night shift.

Job Context

Omega IT Solution is expanding, and we`re looking for experienced, motivated professionals to join our growing team.

Workplace: Office-based

Working Shift: Night Shift (Shift: 7:00 PM–4:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage assigned work orders.

• Handle work orders through client portals.

• Review and analyze data, estimates, photos and required documentation.

• Ensure work orders meet client requirements, guidelines and specifications.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Monitor work order status and ensure all deadlines and SLAs are met.

• Maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency across all processing activities.

• Review work orders, bids, estimates, photos, and supporting documents to ensure compliance with client requirements.
