Responsibilities & Context:
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software
applications
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices
Develop APIs and integrate third-party services
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Design, develop, and maintain HRM (Human Resource Management) software systems
Develop modules such as payroll, attendance, leave management, recruitment, and performance management
Customize and enhance existing HRM applications based on business needs
Integrate HRM systems with biometric devices, ERP, and third-party APIs
Ensure data security, confidentiality, and system performance
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade system features
Prepare technical documentation and user guidelines
Work closely with HR and management teams to gather requirements
