Responsibilities & Context:
Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds for passengers.
Operate GDS systems for booking and ticketing
Provide accurate information on fares, routes, schedules, baggage policies, and visa requirements
Assist customers through phone, email, and face-to-face service.
Manage PNR creation, modifications, and documentation.
Coordinate with operations and sales teams.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve passenger issues efficiently.
