Job Context

FLY NTT Travel Agency is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage ticketing systems and team operations efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the travel agency.

• Manage and supervise the ticketing and reservation team.

• Handle GDS (Global Distribution System) ticketing operations.

• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.

• Maintain relationships with airlines, clients, and corporate partners.

• Monitor team performance and provide guidance and training.

• Prepare regular reports on sales and operations for management.

• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by top management.
