• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management

Training on Hotel Management.

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the resort.

• Manage and supervise all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Security and Maintenance.

• Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Handle guest complaints, feedback and ensure prompt resolution.

• Manage room booking, check-in/check-out and reservation-related activities.

• Monitor room occupancy, revenue, expenses and operational performance.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase room bookings, events and overall resort revenue.

• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams for promotional campaigns and corporate bookings.

• Maintain proper discipline, attendance and performance of resort staff.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports for management.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, security and proper maintenance of the resort premises.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and service providers when required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards and safety procedures.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management
