• Age 23 to 35 years

Handle end-to-end visa processing for various international destinations.

Guide clients regarding visa requirements, documentation, application procedures, and timelines.

Review and verify visa application documents for accuracy and completeness.

Communicate with clients and provide regular updates throughout the visa process.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Generate new business opportunities through calls, messages, referrals, and other sales channels.

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Prepare quotations, follow up with prospective clients, and convert leads into confirmed sales.

Promote PackMyBag's visa, ticketing, hotel, and tour services.

Coordinate with relevant embassies, visa centers, suppliers, and internal teams when required.

Maintain proper records of client applications, payments, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Handle client concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
