Responsibilities & Context:

Consult with clients to understand their holiday preferences, budget, travel dates, and requirements.

Design and recommend customized domestic and international holiday packages.

Prepare detailed itineraries including flights, hotels, transportation, sightseeing, activities, and other travel arrangements.

Prepare attractive and competitive tour quotations based on client requirements.

Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, airlines, and other travel partners.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Provide destination information and professional travel recommendations to clients.

Handle changes, special requests, and client concerns efficiently.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed tours.

Maintain proper records of inquiries, quotations, bookings, and sales activities.

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Stay updated on new destinations, hotels, attractions, travel trends, and competitive tour offerings.
