Novem Ecoresort is looking for a dynamic, experienced and result-oriented Resort Manager to lead our resort operations, enhance guest experience and contribute to the growth and profitability of the resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the resort, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Guest Services, Maintenance and Recreation.

• Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, hospitality and operational efficiency.

• Lead, motivate and develop the resort team and ensure effective staff scheduling and performance.

• Drive room occupancy, revenue, RevPAR and direct bookings through effective sales and revenue initiatives.

• Develop packages, promotions and new business opportunities targeting families, couples, corporate groups, students and tour operators.

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators and other business partners.

• Monitor operating costs, inventory, procurement and wastage to improve profitability.

• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

• Ensure proper maintenance of rooms, villas, pool, conference facilities and other resort facilities.

• Implement and maintain operational SOPs, safety standards and service-quality systems.

• Promote Novem's identity as a nature-based and eco-friendly resort through responsible tourism and sustainable operational practices.

• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
