Job Context
Hotel Chad (Residential), a sister concern of Modina Trading Corporation, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Hotel Manager (Residential) to manage daily hotel operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate operations across all departments, including the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and room bookings.
Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing guest complaints and requests.
Prepare duty rosters, conduct training, and evaluate staff performance.
Ensure fire safety, hygiene standards, and guest security.
Maintain records of guest registrations and identification documents.
Submit regular reports to the owner or management authorities.
