Responsibilities & Context:
A newly opened hotel in Banani, Dhaka is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead operations and drive success.
- Oversee all hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Security, and Finance.
- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor hotel performance and achieve occupancy, revenue, and profit targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop department heads and staff members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local regulations.
- Build strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, travel agents, and stakeholders.
- Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent the hotel in the local community and business network.
