Responsibilities & Context:
Support the Manager in developing and implementing effective sales & marketing strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
Proactively generate new business leads and convert opportunities into profitable hotel accounts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, NGOs, embassies, and other business partners.
Conduct regular corporate sales calls, client visits, property inspections, presentations, and business meetings.
Drive room, corporate, banquet, MICE, and F&B sales through proactive business development activities.
Follow up on leads, proposals, quotations, contracts, and client requirements to maximize conversion.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and promotional activities and provide market intelligence to management.
Assist in developing promotional campaigns, packages, corporate offers, and digital marketing initiatives.
Maintain an updated database of key accounts, potential clients, and business opportunities.
Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure excellent guest and client service.
Track individual and team sales performance against targets and prepare regular sales reports.
Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals through aggressive yet professional sales initiatives.
Represent the hotel at corporate networking events, exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry functions.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility, market penetration, and customer retention.
