Experience:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Hospitality Management

Professional training or certification in Air Ticketing, GDS, Travel & Tourism will be preferred.

• Age At least 28 years
• Only Male

We are looking for an experienced Senior Ticketing & Reservation Officer to join our travel team in Dhaka.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in airline ticketing, reservations, fare management, and GDS systems.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in air ticketing & reservations

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Sabre GDS is mandatory

• Experience with Amadeus and/or Galileo/Travelport will be highly preferred

• Excellent knowledge of PNR creation, ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, cancellations and voids

• Strong understanding of airline fares, fare rules, routing, baggage policies and penalties

• Ability to find and offer competitive fares and suitable flight options

• Experience handling international and domestic bookings

• Good knowledge of airline policies and reservation procedures

• Ability to handle corporate and individual customers

• Good communication skills in English and Bangla

• Ability to work independently and manage customer requirements professionally
