Responsibilities & Context:
We are launching a new Travel Agency Wing and are seeking an experienced and reliable professional who can manage end-to-end travel agency operations independently and support the growth of this new business segment.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage all country visa processing, including major developed destinations
(Schengen countries, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)Prepare, review, and verify visa documentation, including cover letters and checklists
Liaise with embassies, VFS centers, and clients to ensure smooth processing
Handle air ticket booking, re-issuance, refunds, and cancellations
Provide accurate travel, visa, and documentation guidance to clients
Maintain organized records, file documentation, and timely follow-ups
Ensure professional service standards and operational compliance
