• Good time management and route planning skills

• Ability to handle sales pressure and targets

• Honest, disciplined, and result-oriented attitude

• Flexibility to work during peak seasons and promotions

• Physically fit for daily field work

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

ABC TOYS is looking for a Field Sales Executive to manage retail sales, develop new outlets, and grow order volumes for toys and baby items across assigned territories. The role is fully field-based and requires strong retail handling experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit toy shops, baby product stores and retail outlets regularly

• Take orders, follow up on deliveries, and support collections

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

• Identify and onboard new toy and baby item retailers

• Ensure product availability and proper shelf stocking

• Monitor competitor activity and market pricing

• Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales summaries

Experience

• 2–3 years of field sales experience

• Previous experience selling toys and/or baby items will be preferred
