• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company.
• Promote the company’s services, including Manpower Recruitment, Work Visa Processing, Tourist Visa, Air Ticketing, Tour Packages, Umrah Services, and Travel Services.
• Generate new leads through phone calls, social media, WhatsApp, field visits, referrals, and other marketing channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Contact potential customers and explain the company’s services, offers, packages, and procedures.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert potential customers into clients.
• Develop business relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, sub-agents, recruiting agencies, and business partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new customers, market opportunities, and competitors.
• Support and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Promote company services through Facebook, WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and other digital platforms.
• Visit potential clients, offices, and business organizations when required.
• Maintain proper records of leads, customer communications, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and marketing reports for management.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure smooth customer service.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
