Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Candidates with relevant qualifications or professional training in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields will receive preference.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in visa processing, visa counseling, travel agency, immigration support, or a related field.
Experience handling visa applications for countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen/European countries, China, and Asian destinations will be an advantage.

ARFBD Tour and Travels is looking for a responsible, experienced, and customer-focused Visa Counselor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sharing information and assisting clients about visa applications, documentation, appointment scheduling, and providing accurate guidance throughout the visa processing journey.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel clients regarding visa application requirements, procedures, and documentation.
Assess client profiles and provide appropriate guidance regarding visa applications.
Prepare, review, and organize visa application documents.
Coordinate visa appointments, biometrics, interviews, and document submission.
Communicate with embassies, visa application centres, and relevant authorities when required.
Maintain accurate records of client applications and follow up on application status.
Inform clients about application progress, additional requirements, and decisions.
Ensure all client information and documents are handled with strict confidentiality.
Stay updated on visa rules, immigration requirements, documentation procedures, and changes in embassy policies.
Coordinate with the sales, ticketing, and tour teams when necessary.
Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Prepare regular reports on visa applications, submissions, approvals, refusals, and pending cases.
