About the Role
Hanzala Tours & Travels is seeking a dynamic, highly presentable, and driven Female Marketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our B2B sales operations, responsible for establishing direct connections with corporate offices to promote our comprehensive travel solutions, including customized domestic and international tour packages and dedicated flight ticketing services.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Outreach: Actively approach, visit, and communicate with corporate clients, administrative heads, and HR departments to offer tailored corporate travel and ticketing solutions.
Sales & Promotion: Drive the sales of holiday tour packages, corporate retreats, and individual/group flight tickets.
Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong professional relationships with B2B clients to ensure continuous and recurring business.
Market Strategy: Conduct market visits, generate high-quality leads, and maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to achieve monthly sales targets.
Client Consultation: Understand specific client requirements and provide prompt, accurate, and competitive travel itineraries and pricing.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Gender: Female candidates only.
Communication: Smart, exceptionally clear, and confident communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatory for engaging with corporate executives.
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality, or a related discipline.
Experience: Prior experience in corporate sales, B2B marketing, or the travel/aviation industry is highly preferred.
Attributes: Proactive, target-driven, well-groomed, and comfortable navigating corporate environments for client acquisition.

Employment Type: Full-time
Work Location: Based at our corporate office in Purana Paltan, with regular field visits to prospective corporate clients.
Compensation: Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience and communication skills) plus attractive performance-based sales incentives.
