Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily Housekeeping and Laundry operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Monitor room, public area, linen, and laundry cleanliness according to hotel standards.
Assign duties, prepare work schedules, and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff performance.
Ensure proper handling, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and storage of hotel linen and uniforms.
Maintain adequate stock of linen, cleaning supplies, chemicals, and laundry materials.
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest and operational requirements.
