Responsibilities & Context:

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations and staff activities.

• Ensure excellent guest service, proper table setup, and smooth order-taking and serving.

• Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure timely food and beverage service.

• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and service standards.

• Brief, guide, and support service staff to maintain company SOPs and performance standards.

• Assist the Restaurant Supervisor in daily operations, inventory control, guest satisfaction, and achieving business targets.
