Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.
Promote tour packages, air tickets, visa services, hotel bookings and other travel products.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Handle corporate and individual customer inquiries professionally.
Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up with clients to close sales.
Conduct sales calls, meetings and client visits when required.
Coordinate with Visa, Operations, Ticketing and Tour teams for smooth service delivery.
Maintain customer information, sales records and follow-up activities in CRM/software.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.
