Responsibilities & Context:
- Promote tour packages, visa services, air tickets, and other travel solutions
- Communicate with clients through Facebook, WhatsApp, and phone calls
- Generate new leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional travel-related information
- Follow up regularly with existing and potential clients
- Develop creative marketing ideas for Facebook and other social media platforms
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate customers, and travel partners
- Assist customers with travel planning and suitable package selection
- Coordinate with the Reservation and Operations Team when required
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall sales growth
