Responsibilities & Context:
Manage Domestic & International Air Ticketing and Reservations for an IATA Accredited Travel Agency.
Demonstrate strong operational expertise in Sabre, Amadeus & Galileo GDS.
Handle Ticket Issuance, Refund, Reissue, Revalidation, Void & EMD accurately.
Manage BSP Payments, Billing & Reconciliation within deadlines.
Monitor Airline Capping / Ticketing Limits and ensure uninterrupted ticketing operations.
Ensure compliance with Airline Fare Rules, Ticketing Policies & BSP Procedures.
Coordinate with Airlines, GDS Providers and relevant stakeholders for operational requirements.
Maintain accurate Ticketing, Refund, Reissue, EMD & BSP records.
