• Counsel students regarding study opportunities, courses, universities, and suitable destinations.

• Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, financial capabilities, and preferences to provide appropriate guidance.

• Communicate with students and parents professionally and build strong relationships.

• Assist students with university/course selection and admission applications.

• Guide students regarding required documents and application procedures.

• Coordinate and follow up with students throughout the admission process.

• Assist with documentation and provide basic guidance regarding student visa processing.

• Follow up with leads generated through Facebook, website, phone calls, walk-ins, and other channels.

• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective students.

• Achieve individual and departmental admission/consultancy targets.

• Keep updated with university requirements, admission intakes, courses, scholarships, and study-abroad opportunities.
