• Strong knowledge of traditional and regional Bangladeshi dishes.

• Ability to maintain consistent taste and food quality.

• Food Safety & Hygiene knowledge is essential.

• Prepare and oversee the preparation of authentic Bangladeshi/Bangla cuisine to the highest culinary standards.

• Demonstrate exceptional expertise in traditional Bangla cooking techniques, recipes, spices, and ingredients.

• Develop and maintain signature Bangla dishes and menus while preserving authentic taste and presentation.

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, presentation, and food standards.

• Maintain strict standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen discipline.

• Monitor food quality, wastage, portion control, and kitchen efficiency.

• Maintain consistency in recipes and cooking standards across the kitchen.
