• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Canva, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro or After Effects knowledge will be an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of Facebook advertising, audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
• Basic and clear understanding of ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly or similar Al tools.
• Real estate design experience will receive priority.
• A professional and updated portfolio is mandatory.
• Practical expertise and creativity will receive greater priority than academic qualifications.

• Design professional leaflets, flyers, brochures, banners, posters, X-banners and social media posts.

• Create real estate project profiles, company profiles, sales materials and promotional campaigns.

• Develop hotel and restaurant menus, offers, event materials and digital creatives.

• Prepare high-resolution, print-ready files while maintaining brand consistency.

• Manage social media marketing and targeted campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.

• Use Al tools for creative concepts, content support and improved productivity.
