Job Context

Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. is looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused Editor to ensure accuracy, consistency, and excellence across our creative and marketing communications.

Responsibilities

• Proofread, edit, and review Bangla & English content across digital, print, broadcast, and outdoor media.

• Review social media posts, digital campaigns, TVC/OVC scripts, website content, advertisements, brochures, packaging, product manuals, and corporate communications.

• Ensure content is free from spelling, grammar, punctuation, formatting, and typographical errors.

• Verify product specifications, model numbers, features, pricing, names, dates, statistics, claims, and other factual information.

• Maintain consistency in brand tone, terminology, messaging, writing style, and formatting.

• Cross-check copy, visuals, subtitles, voiceovers, animations, and on-screen text for discrepancies.

• Conduct Pre-Production and Final Quality Assurance (QA) checks before publication.

• Ensure required legal notices, disclaimers, trademarks, and compliance information are correctly incorporated.

• Coordinate with Copywriters, Designers, Motion Graphics Artists, Marketing Teams, Product Managers, and other stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain proofreading checklists, editorial guidelines, and QC processes.

• Identify recurring content-quality issues and recommend process improvements.

• Support multilingual content localization while maintaining brand consistency.

• Work effectively under tight deadlines without compromising accuracy and quality.
