Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Diploma in Architecture

• B.Arch or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 40 years

* Experience in Interior Design, Real Estate, Architecture, or Construction preferred.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and D5 Render.

* Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator will be an advantage.

* Excellent understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, and detailing.

* Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* Professional portfolio is required.

We are looking for some dynamic and motivated young professionals for the position of Interior Architect , Construction Department.

* Lead and manage large-scale interior design projects.

* Develop innovative, functional design concepts.

* Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentations.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams.

* Supervise design development and project execution.

* Ensure quality, accuracy and timely project delivery.

* Review materials, finishes, furniture, and design details.

* Incorporate client feedback and resolve design challenges.
