Responsibilities & Context:

FORMAT DESIGN is looking for a creative, energetic, and responsible Multimedia Content Creator & Social Media Executive who will be responsible for creating, collecting, editing, and publishing high-quality visual content from our architectural, interior design, and construction projects.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working both inside the office and on project sites, with a strong interest in photography, videography, drone shooting, video editing, and social media management.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit ongoing and completed projects to collect professional photos and videos.

• Capture high-quality architectural, interior, construction, and project-site photography.

• Shoot professional videos using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, smartphones, and other equipment.

• Operate drone cameras to capture aerial footage of projects, where legally permitted.

• Plan and create short-form video content for Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

• Edit videos professionally for social media and promotional purposes.

• Perform basic photo editing, color correction, retouching, cropping, and image enhancement.

• Create engaging visual content that highlights our architectural designs, interiors, construction progress, completed projects, and company activities.

• Manage and maintain our social media content on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

• Write or coordinate suitable captions, titles, hashtags, and descriptions for posts and videos.

• Maintain an organized archive of project photos, videos, raw footage, and edited content.

• Follow current social media trends and develop new content ideas suitable for an architecture and design brand.

• Coordinate with the architecture, interior, and marketing teams to understand project highlights and create relevant content.

• Travel to project sites when required for photography, videography, and content creation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in photography, videography, content creation, social media, or a related field.

• Good understanding of DSLR/Mirrorless camera operation, composition, framing, lighting, and basic cinematography.

• Practical experience in video editing using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.

• Basic to advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom or equivalent photo-editing software.

• Experience in drone operation and aerial photography/videography will be highly valued.

• Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, and other digital platforms.

• Strong creative sense and the ability to present architectural and interior spaces attractively.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

• Good communication and time-management skills.

• Willingness to travel to project locations when required.

• A portfolio/showreel of previous photography, videography, editing, or social media work is highly preferred.
