Responsibilities & Context:
Interpret tech packs, sketches, artwork, and measurement sheets.
Coordinate sample development from initial prototype (Proto Sample), Fit Sample.
Communicate daily with buyer, designers to clarify design specs, construction details, and fabric requirements.
Work closely with the R&D and commercial teams to source fabric, trims, threads, and accessories(local/international).
Collaborate with the Merchandising and Costing teams to suggest alternative construction or materials to lower FOB.
Collaborate directly with pattern makers and sample room technicians to execute the samples within deadline.
