Responsibilities & Context:
Create professional fashion flat sketches and technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator.
Develop detailed and production-ready Tech Packs based on buyer requirements.
Prepare technical specifications including garment construction details, measurements, BOM, trims, colors and other required information.
Understand buyer references, mood boards, design briefs and product requirements.
Make necessary design and tech pack revisions based on buyer feedback.
Communicate with international buyers regarding design requirements, revisions, updates and project progress.
Support the sourcing and sample development process with required design and technical information.
Coordinate with internal team members for design clarification and sample development.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all technical documents.
Maintain proper documentation and organized project files.
Work on multiple design projects simultaneously and meet assigned deadlines.
Follow current fashion trends, garment construction methods and market developments.
Perform other design-related tasks assigned by the management.
