• Age 25 to 30 years

1. Environmental Compliance & Sustainability (Full Responsibility)

Higg FEM, BEPI, SMETA 4 Pillar, GRS, RCS, GOTS, OCS, Regenegri, SBTi Trajectory

2. Social Compliance & Sustainability (Partial Responsibility)

BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, Betterwork, Decathlon HRP, Others Buyer COC Audit.

3. Circularity: Waste management & improvement

(Reverse Resource, Lafarge, BRTL), Buyer driven Projects (GU Waste)

4. ESG Data & Projects:

Buyer-driven ESG projects (GU Decarbonization). Voluntary ESG Projects UrmiToru, UrmiAlo, UrmiProbaho, Urmitrisna-Demra zone. ESG Data on Social, People, DEI, Energy, Water, W.Water, A.Emission, Waste, Chemical. SATTVA, PUMA EKPI, Sphera.

5. Training & Capacity Building:

Management and worker training on EMS, CMS, ESG, Decarbonization, and environmental compliance.
