Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging videos, motion graphics, property promotional content, social media creatives, and visual campaigns that strengthen our brand and generate customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality motion graphics, promotional videos and social media content for real estate projects.

Develop engaging property walkthroughs, project teasers, reels and campaign videos.

Edit footage from property shoots, drone videos and virtual tours.

Create animated typography, transitions, visual effects and promotional graphics.

Collaborate with the Marketing, Branding and Content teams to develop creative concepts.

Adapt video content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and digital advertising campaigns.

Maintain consistent brand guidelines across all visual content.

Work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Stay updated with current motion design, video editing and social media trends
