Experience:
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales & marketing within the Interior Design, Construction, or Real Estate sector.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-value projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team.
In-depth knowledge of interior design processes, construction workflow, materials, and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English & Bangla.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with digital marketing platforms will be an added advantage.
A strong network of corporate and industry contacts will be highly preferred.

To expand our business operations, we are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales & Marketing Team Leader who can lead a dynamic team, achieve sales targets, and establish long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales & marketing team to maximize performance.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in Architecture , interior design and building construction projects.
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with company growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, real estate developers, and stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals, BOQs, and presentations in collaboration with the design and project teams.
Negotiate and finalize contracts ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and corporate events to enhance brand visibility.
Ensure timely achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide management with detailed reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance outcomes.
