Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is required.

• Creative mindset with the ability to share ideas and explore new visual styles.

• Ability to take feedback and make revisions effectively.

• Portfolio/Showreel must be attached with the CV, showcasing relevant Motion Graphics and Video Editing work.

Employment Status: Full Time, onsite

Core Responsibilities

• Create 2D motion graphics, animations, typography, transitions, and visual effects.

• Animate static designs, illustrations, vectors, and brand assets.

• Edit promotional videos, reels, advertisements, and product/brand videos.

• Handle cutting, pacing, color grading, audio syncing, and basic visual effects.

• Adapt content for different social media platforms and aspect ratios.

• Contribute creative ideas, follow visual trends, and handle revisions while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Salary & Benefits

• Probation Period (6 Month’s): Tk. 18,000

• After Successful Completion of Probation: Tk. 20,000–25,000 (Based on Performance)
