Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.Basic knowledge of design-related software and digital tools.Basic photo and video editing skills.Basic knowledge of graphic designing.Good understanding of colors, fabrics, patterns, and fashion trends.Creative, hardworking, organized, and willing to learn.Ability to work independently as well as with a team.⭐ P

• Develop creative and trendy dress designs based on the boutique’s brand identity and customer preferences.

• Prepare design concepts, sketches, mood boards, and basic design references for new collections.

• Select suitable fabrics, colors, prints, patterns, trims, embellishments, and finishing details for each design.

• Research current fashion trends, market demands, and competitor collections to develop fresh design ideas.

• Work closely with tailors, pattern makers, and the production team to ensure designs are properly executed.

• Monitor the development of samples and make necessary changes or improvements to achieve the desired look and fitting.

• Maintain proper records of designs, measurements, fabric details, and collection references using MS Word and Excel.

• Take and organize photos and videos of designs, samples, and finished products for documentation and promotional purposes.

• Perform basic photo and video editing for product presentation and social media content.

• Create basic graphics and promotional design materials when required.

• Assist in styling and preparing products for photoshoots, social media, and promotional campaigns.

• Contribute creative ideas for new collections, seasonal launches, and special occasions.

• Ensure all designs maintain the quality, uniqueness, and overall aesthetic standards of the boutique.

• Perform other design-related tasks as assigned by management.
