Experience working with international buyers/brands will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of woven garment (Denim & Non-Denim) construction, fabrics, trims, and washes.
Excellent understanding of international fashion trends and market demands.
Strong sketching, presentation, and product visualization skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple development projects within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a creative, trend-driven, and commercially focused Assistant Designer (Woven Garments) to join our Product Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching global fashion trends, developing innovative woven apparel collections, and collaborating with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to meet buyer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and support new seasonal design concepts aligned with innovation team.
Create graphics and design presentations.
Collaborate closely with fabric R& D ,fabric marketing.
Follow up on sampling, fittings, and product corrections to ensure final output meets quality standards.
Research global fashion trends, fabrics, trims, and styling details to propose innovative ideas.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
