Job Context:

We are seeking a qualified, skilled, and experienced Architect with expertise in Interior & Exterior Design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of leading projects from concept to completion.

Job Responsibilities:

-Building architectural Interior & Exterior Design.

-Interior & Exterior Design design project handling and execution

-High capability for participating in a client meeting

-Fluent in English spoken and written

-Landscape planning and implementation

- Lead interior/Exterior design projects from concept to completion

- Develop design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material selections

- Prepare and review detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and BOQs

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants

* Proficiency in:

*AutoCAD

*SketchUp

*V-Ray

*3D Visualization (D5)

*Working Design & Layout Design

*BOQ Preparation

*Client Meeting

-Collaborate with the design team to ensure high-quality output

-Prepare quotations and client presentations

Educational Requirements:

-B.Sc. in Architecture

Experience Requirements:

-Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

-Leadership and management skills are essential

Additional Requirements:

-Strong communication and team coordination skills

-Both males and females are encouraged to apply

Salary:

-Negotiable (based on skills and experience)
