Education:

• B. Sc. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architecture & Interior Design, or Electrical Engineering from a reputed government or private institution. Candidates from reputed institutions will receive preference.

• Age At least 22 years
• Only Male

Experience Requirements

• Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; however, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Additional Requirements

• This position is currently open only to male candidates due to operational requirements.
• Proficiency in 2D Modeling and AutoCAD Drafting.
• Experience in preparing Fire Safety Plan drawings, documentation, and calculations in accordance with Fire Service & Civil Defence requirements.
• Experience with 2D/3D Design, AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Architectural Design, Structural Design, Technical Drawing, and documentation preparation.
• Experience in architecture firms, engineering firms, or technical infrastructure projects is preferred.

Job Context

Aesthetic Engineering Service specializes in Fire Safety Plans, Fire Detection Systems, and Fire Protection System Design and Implementation.

We are looking for a Fire Safety Designer who will be responsible for preparing drawings, documentation, and calculations for our projects. The ideal candidate should be able to interpret written and verbal instructions, prepare technical drawings, implement feedback from engineers and architects, stay up to date with CAD software, and work efficiently to meet project deadlines. The candidate should also be able to explain technical concepts to both clients and team members clearly.

Job Responsibilities

• Work in accordance with NFPA 13, 14, 20, 22, 24, 25, 72, 101, and BNBC standards.
• Prepare and follow up on fire detection, fire protection, and fire safety drawings.
• Coordinate with the Fire Service & Civil Defence authority regarding safety audits.
• Work with FDS and FPS suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct fire drills and maintain updated factory fire safety records.
