Experience:

• Skills Required: 2D Modeling, Auto CAD Drafting.

• At Least 2 years experience with Fire Service & Civil Defence on Fire Safety Plan in drawing, documentation, calculations of detection and protection systems as demand of Fire Service & Civil Defence.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 2D 3D design, 3D CAD, Architectural Design, Auto CAD 2D 3D, Auto CAD Designing, Auto CAD Drafting, AutoCAD, Structural, Architectural Design, Technical Drawing & prepared documentation.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms, Technical Infrastructure.

Job Context

We are looking for a fire safety designer who will be responsible to drawings documents, calculations for our projects. The Engineer responsibilities include understanding written and verbal instructions, drafting technical drawings, implementing feedback from engineers and architects keeping up-to- date with CAD software, and working long hours to meet deadlines. He should be able to explain technical aspects clearly to both the team and the client.

Job Responsibilities

• NFPA 72, 13,14,20,22, 24,25,72,101,BNBC
• Follow up fire detection and protection system & fire safety drawing
• Communicate with Fire Service & Civil Defence authority regarding safety audit
• Work with FDS and FPS supplier to complete a project on time
• Conduct Fire drill & updated with factory
