• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of relevant site experience may be considered for the Site Engineer level

• Training in AutoCAD, Quantity Estimation or Occupational Health & Safety will be an advantage

• Hands-on experience in civil construction site execution and supervision.

• Strong knowledge of foundation and RCC works.

• Experience in steel structure erection, including alignment, levelling, bolting, welding and lifting activities.

• Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.

• Knowledge of site setting-out and levelling.

• Experience in quantity measurement, BOQ verification and subcontractor bill checking.

• Knowledge of site QA/QC requirements and material testing.

• Strong understanding of construction-site HSE practices.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Word.

• Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera will be an added advantage.

• Strong contractor and subcontractor coordination skills.

• Willingness to work at EPC project sites and adapt to site conditions.

CIPLC is looking for a qualified and hands-on Executive – Project Engineer / Site Engineer (Civil Construction) to support the execution of Solar EPC projects at assigned project sites.

The role will be responsible for supervising civil construction and steel structure erection works, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, quality standards and HSE requirements. The position will also support site planning, progress monitoring, quantity measurement, contractor supervision, billing verification and project documentation from mobilization through testing, commissioning and final handover.

Civil Construction & Site Execution:

• Execute and supervise civil construction works as per approved drawings, schedules, method statements and project plans.
• Supervise excavation, foundation, RCC, drainage, roads, boundary walls and other related infrastructure works.
• Monitor steel structure erection activities including alignment, levelling, bolting, welding and lifting.
• Ensure site activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.

Progress & Site Monitoring:

• Track daily progress, manpower, materials and equipment against project targets and report deviations.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress records, measurement sheets, photographs and other project documentation.
• Monitor site productivity and coordinate with relevant teams to address execution requirements.

Quantity, BOQ & Billing:

• Verify site measurements, BOQ quantities and variations.
• Review subcontractor bills against site measurements and supporting documents.
• Support quantity measurement and billing activities for civil construction works.

Coordination & Material Management:

• Coordinate with Factory, SCM/Procurement and Stores to ensure timely availability of construction materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers for site inspections and execution activities.
• Supervise Site Supervisors, Foremen and subcontractor teams to ensure quality, productivity and discipline.

Quality, Health and Safety & Project Handover:

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, QA/QC standards and inspection requirements.
• Implement site HSE requirements including PPE, toolbox talks, permits and safe work practices.
• Support testing, commissioning, punch-list closure and final handover of civil works.
• Maintain proper site records and ensure project documentation is complete and up to date.
