Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills & Expertise:
Identify mechanical and electrical faults and take necessary corrective actions.
Conduct preventive and routine maintenance as per maintenance schedules.
Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Ensure proper functioning and safe operation of machinery.
Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and spare parts requirements.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
Experience Requirements:
Experience in a Maintenance Department will be an advantage.
Freshers with good technical knowledge may also be considered.
