• Portfolio Requirement – Mandatory

• A professional portfolio of Interior 3D Design & Visualization works is mandatory for this position.

• Applicants must submit their portfolio along with their CV.

• The portfolio should include relevant Interior 3D Modeling, Photorealistic Rendering, Space Planning and Interior Design projects.

• Applications submitted without a portfolio will not be considered.

• Preference will be given to candidates with a strong and professional portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, attention to detail and quality of visualization.

Job Context

DecoReze Interiors is looking for a talented, creative and experienced Jr. Architect (Interior 3D Design) with a strong passion for interior design, architectural visualization and creative 3D presentation.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality interior design concepts, 3D models and photorealistic renders while coordinating with clients and the project team.

Portfolio is mandatory. Candidates without a portfolio will not be considered for this position.

• Lead and manage interior design projects from concept development to final 3D visualization.

• Develop creative, functional and aesthetically appealing interior design concepts based on client requirements.

• Prepare high-quality 3D interior designs, photorealistic renders and professional presentations.

• Develop furniture layouts, space planning and interior design concepts.

• Prepare detailed 3D models for residential, commercial, corporate and retail projects.

• Communicate with clients to understand their design requirements and provide appropriate design solutions.

• Make design revisions based on client feedback while maintaining quality and project deadlines.

• Coordinate with architectural, engineering and project execution teams.

• Supervise and guide junior designers/3D visualizers when required.

• Ensure all design deliverables are completed within the agreed timeline.
