• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.

• Candidates with relevant professional experience in Interior Design and 3D Visualization will be preferred.

• Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in Architecture, Interior Design and 3D Visualization.

• Experience working in an Interior Design/Architecture firm will be highly preferred.

• Technical Skills

• Candidates must have strong practical knowledge of:

• 3ds Max

• V-Ray / Corona Renderer

• AutoCAD

• SketchUp

• Adobe Photoshop

• Interior 3D Modeling & Visualization

• Photorealistic Rendering

• Space Planning & Furniture Layout

• Material, Texture & Lighting

• Interior Design Presentation

• Knowledge of Revit, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render or other visualization software will be an added advantage.

• Additional Requirements

• Strong creative and conceptual design ability.

• Excellent understanding of interior space, proportion, materials, lighting and aesthetics.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good knowledge of furniture design and interior detailing.

• Ability to understand architectural drawings and dimensions.

• Must be responsible, punctual and deadline-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and lead a design team when required.

• A professional portfolio of Interior 3D Design & Visualization works is mandatory for this position.

• Applicants must submit their portfolio along with their CV.

• Portfolio should include relevant Interior 3D Modeling, Photorealistic Rendering, Space Planning and Interior Design projects.

• Preference will be given to candidates with a strong and professional portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, attention to detail and quality of visualization.

Job Context

• DecoReze Interiors is looking for a talented, creative and experienced Assistant Manager – Architecture (Interior 3D Design) who has a strong passion for interior design, architectural visualization and creative 3D presentation.

• The selected candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality interior design concepts, 3D models and photorealistic renders while coordinating with clients and the project team.

• Portfolio is mandatory and candidates without a portfolio will not be considered for the position.

• Lead and manage interior design projects from concept development to final 3D visualization.

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.

• Prepare high-quality 3D Interior Designs, Photorealistic Renders and Presentations.

• Develop furniture layouts, space planning and interior design concepts.

• Prepare detailed 3D models for residential, commercial, corporate and retail projects.

• Coordinate with clients to understand their design requirements and provide suitable design solutions.

• Make design revisions based on client feedback while maintaining project quality and deadlines.

• Coordinate with architectural, engineering and project execution teams.

• Supervise and guide junior designers/3D visualizers when required.

• Ensure all design deliverables are completed within the agreed timeline.
