Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and monitor civil construction and Interior works.
Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD and relevant design software.
Prepare and review BOQ, estimates, work schedules, and project documentation.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
Ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
Purchase materials and review materials, finishes, and design details.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
