• Good Knowledge about MS Office.
• Well Smart & Good Knowledge for Sub-Station, Generator, Off Grid and On Grid Solar System.

• Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing activities for Sub-Station, Generator, On-Grid & Off-Grid Solar Systems and Electrical & Electronic Equipment.
• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through regular market visits, client meetings and project follow-ups.
• Visit industries, factories, commercial buildings, real-estate projects, contractors, consultants, EPC companies and project sites to develop new business.
• Maintain regular communication and professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customers’ technical requirements, load requirements, project specifications and commercial requirements.
• Conduct site visits and collect necessary technical information, drawings, SLD, BOQ, load data and other project-related information.
• Assist the Engineering/Estimation team in preparing technical quotations, BOQ, proposals, specifications and commercial offers.
• Promote and provide basic technical information regarding the company’s Sub-Station, Transformer, Generator, HT/LT Panel, Switchgear, PFI/APFC Panel, Solar PV System, Inverter, Battery, Control Panel and other electrical/electronic products.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and basic technical explanations to clients, consultants and contractors.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, technical approvals, negotiations, purchase orders and work orders.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Estimation, Production, Procurement, Project and Service teams to ensure proper understanding and execution of customer requirements.
• Assist in the selection of appropriate equipment and technical solutions according to project requirements.
• Support the team during installation, testing, commissioning and after-sales service whenever required.
• Monitor ongoing projects and maintain regular communication with clients regarding project progress, delivery and technical requirements.
• Conduct market research and collect information regarding competitor products, pricing, upcoming projects and market trends.
• Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, enquiries, quotations, projects and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly customer visit, sales, enquiry and project follow-up reports to the reporting Manager.
• Assist in developing new clients and expanding the company’s market coverage in different areas of Bangladesh.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, promotional campaigns and other marketing activities when required.
• Ensure proper follow-up with clients for order confirmation and payment/collection as instructed by Management.
• Travel to different locations for client meetings, site surveys, project visits, commissioning and business development activities.
• Perform any other technical, sales, marketing or project-related responsibilities assigned by the Management.
