B.Sc. or Diploma in Architecture from any recognized university or institute.

• Strong expertise in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or Blender.

• Proficiency in video editing and post-production software for architectural walkthrough animations (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).

• Excellent creative thinking, attention to detail, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in architectural 3D modeling, rendering, and animation.

• Fresh graduates with exceptional portfolios in 3D animation and rendering are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, realistic 3D architectural renderings, interior/exterior designs, and walkthrough animations.

• Translate conceptual ideas and 2D floor plans into visually compelling 3D models.

• Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams to meet client requirements and project deadlines.

• Produce presentation-ready visuals, mood boards, and animation sequences for client pitches and approvals.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, software, and techniques in architectural visualization and rendering.

• Salary Range: BDT 30,000 - BDT 40,000 (Negotiable based on experience and skill set)
