• Age At least 30 years

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical power systems, substations, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, motors, and protection systems.

• Experience in electrical installation, erection, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, particularly electrical SLD and SDB/MDB design.Basic knowledge of PLC programming will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Practical experience in Microsoft word and excel.

• Design and review HT, MV, and LV electrical power distribution systems.

• Maintain and troubleshoot 33 kV/11 kV/415 V substations, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, BBTs, and distribution boards.

• Perform electrical system studies including load flow, short-circuit, voltage drop, motor starting, and protection coordination.

• Prepare and review Single Line Diagrams (SLD), protection schemes, cable schedules, and electrical layouts.

• Maintain and troubleshoot transformers, generators, motors, VFDs, UPS, capacitor banks, and power factor correction systems.

• Configure and coordinate protection relays, circuit breakers, CTs, PTs, and earth-fault protection systems.

• Monitor and analyze power quality, system loading, voltage levels, harmonics, and power factor.

• Coordinate electrical systems with PLC, SCADA, Microgrid, synchronizing systems, VFDs, and instrumentation.

• Support backup power systems including DG sets, gas engines, waste heat power plants, electrical panels, and BESS.

• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance.

• Lead electrical fault investigation and implement corrective actions to minimize production downtime.

• Coordinate electrical shutdown, commissioning, testing, and energization activities.

• Supervise engineers, technicians, and contractors during installation, maintenance, and modification works.

• Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, scope of supply, purchase specifications, and equipment datasheets.

• Support energy-efficiency initiatives and reduction of electrical power losses.

• Maintain electrical drawings, maintenance records, test reports, and equipment history.

• Ensure compliance with applicable IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and electrical safety standards.
